Kohlrabi in Cream and Cress (side dish for 4)

1 kohlrabi
s&p
2 tblspns cress
little lemon juice
1cm in pan
75gr creme fraiche
nutmeg

Peel and cut in thin strips.
Boil in salted water until just tender.
Strain.
Warm up the creme fraice, cress, p&s, nutmeg and lemon juice.
Add the kohlrabi warm through and serve
